An exciting job opportunity has become available within the Sydney-based marketing team for an experienced social media and content talent to work across social, ambassador, channel and community management strategies.
The Opportunity:
- Support and work directly with the CMO and Senior Social Media & Content Director
- Drive brand awareness via online channels, social media tools and online marketing strategies
- Collaborate and work directly with internal departments (digital, creative, marketing, PR) and key stakeholders
- Work with the marketing, content and creative teams to deliver national retail campaigns across digital channels
- Stay on top of social media trends and platform developments
- Identify local opportunities and new ways to connect with local users via online tools
- Build brand partnerships and relationships with external stakeholders and agencies
- Work with your team to run the ambassador program, driving brand awareness and loyalty
- Community management across multiple social media channels
- Manage, mentor and support junior staff members/executives in your team
You:
- Live in Sydney and have full working rights
- At least 5-6 years demonstrated experience working in social media, content and digital strategy
- Have led major projects and partnerships for forward-thinking brands!
- If you can think on your feet, work in a fast-paced environment and are calm under pressure – this job is for you!
- Have strong stakeholder relationship management skills
- Proven experience developing and implementing social media strategies
- Ideal if you have experience with or working knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe CS, Radian6, Hootsuite and/or Salesforce – Social Studio, Facebook Business Ads Manager and YouTube Business Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required!
