The Opportunity:
- Support the Account Director & Senior Account Director to manage a small team of corporate PR consultants
- Manage and work across a roster of well-known consumer telco, automotive, sustainability and eComm clients
- Work closely with internal agency digital, creative and social media teams
- Daily client relationship management
- Develop effective PR planning and brand strategy campaigns
- End-to-end campaign development
- Assist the AD + SAD and with developing client pitches
- Assisting with pitches to national media and C-Suite stakeholders
- Assist the AD + SAD to develop national campaign budgets, forecasting and reporting
- Assist the AD + SAD to develop brand strategy and recommendations to key clients
- Mentor and manage several junior staff and interns.
You:
- Lives in Sydney, Australia and has a fantastic network (suppliers, media, etc.) of contacts
- Currently works in an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level role
- Have previous experience in a similar role (1-2 years min.) within a Public Relations agency
- Previous experience managing corporate/ B2B clients is ideal!
- A relevant tertiary degree in communications or public relations is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of the Australian PR landscape is required
- High attention to detail is critical
- Exceptional communicator (oral and written)
- Confident presenter
- Excellent time management skills
- Creative, collaborative and supportive of others
