We’re looking to urgently fill a role within an influencer marketing agency that has expanded globally! This Sydney-based marketing agency specialises in managing content creators and brands across various digital platforms (TikTok, YouTube, IG). We are looking for a leader, with marketing expertise. You describe yourself as a marketing Talent who is forward-thinking, drives innovation, is influencer-mad, and competent across major social platforms.
The Opportunity:
- Support the APAC Client Services Director & manage a small SYD based account service team
- Directly manage client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution, and driving account growth
- Be the main point of contact for key clients, leading kick-off calls, overseeing day-to-day communications, and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Working closely with the CSD and internal teams, you’ll help bring campaigns to life while identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships
- From tracking budgets and timelines to maintaining brand consistency, you’ll ensure every detail is managed with precision
- Lead weekly WIP meetings with clients, providing strategic updates and maintaining alignment across projects
- Drive revenue growth YOY across key clients, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and increase profitability
- Respond to all client briefs, leading internal teams to develop compelling proposals that drive business growth
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities, expanding client engagement and maximising revenue potential
- Lead quoting, budgeting, and commercial discussions, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability
- Maintain consistent client communications and service standards across all accounts, ensuring a seamless experience
- Develop expert knowledge of each client’s brand, history, and strategic objectives, acting as a brand expert within the team
- Keep track of past projects, creator preferences, and campaign learnings, ensuring effective talent alignment
- Notion and ensuring proper documentation (campaign managers to complete details)
- Manage procurement processes, PO requests, and invoice tracking, ensuring smooth financial operations
- Handle client agreements, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution.
You:
- Live in Sydney and have full working rights
- 5-8+ years experience working in an marketing (account service) role across social platforms
- Proven track record of success in account management and revenue generation
- Understanding of the Australian digital media landscape, including influencer marketing and content creation’
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Proactive and results-oriented approach
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Strong understanding of social media platforms within the Australian context
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
