The Opportunity:
- Support the head of PR and work closely with the leadership team (digital and PR)
- Content development
- Develop and implement integrated PR comms, including earner-first creative & PR strategies, social media, content & digital marketing strategies
- Be the day-to-day contact for key clients & stakeholders
- Bring to life proactive ideas and new digital strategies
- Drive national media relations
- Brainstorm new ideas with the wider team and deliver new, creative solutions for your clients!
- Ensure all campaigns stay on schedule, on budget and hit assigned KPI’s
- Working with the leadership team, ensure that all planning, strategy and allocations is tracked accordingly
- Assist in all organic and new business development

You:
- Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
- Previous experience working in a PR agency role is required for this role
- Previous experience with fitness, lifestyle, retail, luxury or tourism clients is ideal
- Relevant tertiary degree in communications, marketing or public relations is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of the Australian PR landscape is required
- Have high attention to detail
- Describe yourself as an exceptional communicator (oral and written)
- Are a confident presenter
- Have excellent time management skills
- Describe yourself as creative, collaborative and supportive of others
