We are working with a well-loved indie agency in Melbourne’s south-east suburbs.
Supporting the Managing Director and managing a small team, this critical hire will be responsible for creative content strategy, social and the role out of plans & key tactics for various consumer clients.
Ideally, you have a hybrid background that comprises social media, content, strategy and creative (art director or designer).
The Opportunity:
- Creation of strong, compelling and strategic content recommendations across digital channels
- Design client digital strategy to meet communications objectives across channels
- Bring digital, data and brand innovation solutions to clients
- Design the measurement framework and KPIs based on clients’ desired outcome
- Works in collaboration with the Owners and internal Designers to develop budget allocations across digital channels
- This role will be 30% “on the tools”
- Key day-to-day digital contact for clients
- Provide insights on emerging media and new digital opportunities.
You:
- Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration or communications
- 8+ years of digital media or content experience preferred
- Comfortable operating in an agile, fast-paced, creative environment
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong organisational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail-oriented
- Can turn insights into actions!
- Knowledge of Programmatic, Video, Social, Search and SEO practices is desirable
- Good understanding of data analytics.
