We are thrilled to be working with an entertainment company that’s expanding and looking to go global. This prominent touring and events org pioneers Melbourne’s music scene.
Known for producing large-scale live events around the country, the Melbourne-based team now seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience in live music, events, or entertainment.
The successful Digital Marketing Manager will have proven experience developing paid social ads across various channels (Meta, Google etc.) and is able to work independently. As the key point of contact for paid and performance media, you will support two co-founders and work closely with colleagues to ensure end-to-end campaign delivery is executed efficiently.
The Opportunity:
- Lead all paid and performance marketing campaigns
- Support the co-founders and liaise with internal teams
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across programmatic channels (display, video, digital)
- Lead local campaign delivery from brief to execution, including set-up, budget management, optimisation, reporting and analysis
- Activate campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads & Meta
- Take ownership of campaign performance and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across Australia, providing regular communication, including channel strategy and performance updates
- Collaborate effectively with your colleagues while independently managing day-to-day client needs and campaign execution
- Stay on top of regional market trends, publisher developments, and emerging technology relevant to the music industry.
You:
- Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
- Have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience (preferably agency-side) in a digital channel specialty and programmatic media
- Have experience managing full media campaign life-cycles (planning, activation, reporting and optimisation)
- Possess a good knowledge of digital advertising platforms
- Have experience with Google Ads and Analytics (desirable)
- Have experience using Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess advanced data and analytical skills
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Are a proactive problem solver
- Have strong time and project management skills
- Most importantly, have a true passion for what you do
