This newly established, creative agency has the backing of a successful 25+ year company and now seeks a well-rounded Digital Content Manager with solid client relationship management experience to join their rapidly expanding agency!
If you have proven expertise in creating high-quality written, visual, and video content – we want you!
The Opportunity:
- Support and work closely with the GM & Editor
- Account and client relationship management
- Manage monthly content plan and production schedule, covering eDMs, SEO-optimised articles, commercial content, and video
- Develop content strategy across web, social, and video to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and reach new audiences.
- Host client meetings, manage key stakeholder relationships, approve, review and report on new marketing data
- Advocate for your clients and customers and ensure content marketing objectives are met
- Regularly audit the client’s website to identify gaps and work with the Editor to address them
- Collaborate across departments to align content with broader marketing and sponsorship goals
- Coordinate with the commercial team to devise and execute innovative campaigns for partners
- Deliver exceptional client services, digital marketing and content marketing for your clients
- Deliver presentations to your clients and present confidently (via PowerPoint & Keynote decks)
- Deliver project management across small to large-size assignments, on time and on budget
You:
- Live in Melbourne, Australia and have full working rights
- Sponsorship is not available
- 4 years of client management experience, preferably within a creative, marketing or advertising agency environment
- You thrive on collaborating across teams, whether to conceptualise creative campaigns, optimise SEO performance, or deliver compelling commercial content for partners
- Passionate about digital platforms and social media, you’re driven to push the boundaries of content creation and are excited by opportunities to experiment with fresh ideas
- You have good business sense and a solid grasp of finance, budgeting and operations
- Have an excellent understanding of the Australian media landscape
- A degree in Marketing or Advertising is ideal
- Describe yourself as a confident, forward-thinking leader
- Are curious, eager to learn and want to stay ahead of the game!
- Have a good understanding of social media and content experience within an agency environment
- Have a good understanding of Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Brandwatch and Facebook Business Manager platforms
- Have a positive and approachable way of working and the ability to inspire those around you
