We’re thrilled to be working with an expanding media agency during a BIG growth phase! With several new client wins, the successful Digital Account Manager or newly-appointed Digital Senior Account Manager will step in and be a part of one of Melbourne’s most cherished and respected Digital Performance teams.
The Opportunity:
- As the successful Digital Account Manager/ Snr Account Manager you’ll be leading, inspiring and managing a small team of juniors and supporting the Performance Director
- Implement the strategic vision for the paid media department
- Develop and implement the planning, quality assurance and process for your team
- Create digitally-led and performance-driven solutions
- Work directly with your clients
- Champion the Performance team and ensure delivery of all-paid media work
- Contribute to strategic client decisions and be accountable for the performance, growth, success and evolution of your juniors
- Be a voice of leadership for your team!
You:
- Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
- Have at least 4+ years of paid media experience
- Recent agency experience is desirable
- Have an innate understanding of the local digital media ecosystem, including publishers, platforms and technology players, with a strategic, empathetic and creative mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Outstanding ability to turn client briefs into a fantastic digital marketing plan
- Proven management experience
- Excellent verbal, written and comms skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience
- A keen understanding of agency economics
- Incredible business acumen
