Specialising in experiential, field, activations and shopper, this marketing agency now seeks an enthusiastic and passionate Account Director (BTL) to join their Melbourne-based team for a 12 month (contract) period.
The Opportunity:
As the successful Account Director, you will manage and mentor a team of hard-working marketers to roll out national marketing, experiential & activations campaigns within the beverage, retail and lifestyle industries.
You’re up-to-speed with agency processes, shopper and experiential marketing protocols, managing and forecasting budgets, making informed decisions and meeting tight client deadlines!
You:
- Describe yourself as a marketing enthusiast who has an interest in shopper, activations or experiential marketing
- Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
- At least 6-8+ years (recent) experience within a marketing or events agency environment
- Excellent leadership skills!
- Working knowledge of marketing disciplines
- Describe yourself as a strategic thinker
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills and prompt responses to changing situations
- Are ready for a new career challenge!
