We are thrilled to be working with a PR agency that boosts a supportive, welcoming, warm culture. If you’re an experienced PR Senior Account Executive, or newly-appointed Account Manager with digital knowledge (social) we want you!
The Opportunity:
- Supporting and working closely with the Head of PR, your primary role will be to assist and manage key client accounts
- Assist in driving public relations and managing social media platforms for key client accounts
- Work with the PR leadership team
- Assist in driving organic and new business development
- Assist in driving new client accounts and media relationships whilst strengthening existing ones across the (wider) business departments
- Assist the Head or PR to create, develop and implement strategic business plans for the company and key client accounts
- Work closely with leadership, content and marketing teams from the parent company
- Liaise with key national media on a daily basis.
You:
- Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
- Have 3+ years of experience in the PR and communications industry (agency preferred)
- Have impeccable attention to detail and written communication skills
- Are an exceptional public relations practitioner with plenty of digital knowledge and experience
- Are highly organised and driven!
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning is preferred
- Would describe yourself as a well-connected PR professional who thrives on maintaining and developing relationships
- Have a solid and relevant media database (national)
- Are highly motivated and can take initiative
- Are eager to build business in a growing and exciting space!
- Event management experience is preferred!
