One of Melbourne’s favourite creative agencies is expanding and now seeking an experienced leader with design or creative agency experience. We’re looking to speak with a creatively-led Talent with previous account management experience, ideally working with property, retail or lifestyle clients.
The Opportunity:
- Supporting the General Manager
- Work with the internal Studio & Strategic teams to develop various retail, lifestyle, hospitality and property campaigns
- You will lead strategic client partnerships, providing senior-level counsel that helps clients navigate complex business challenges in today’s dynamic marketplace
- You will oversee multiple account teams simultaneously, managing high-level budgets, resource allocation, and ensuring consistent quality across all deliverables
- You will orchestrate collaboration between departments, bringing together creative, account service & strategy teams to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations
- You champion innovation at a group level, identifying opportunities to implement emerging technologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across multiple accounts
- You balance competing priorities across various clients and projects, maintaining calm leadership during high-pressure situations while ensuring both client and team satisfaction.
You:
- Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
- 10+ years of progressive client management experience within the advertising industry, including team leadership responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field, preferred but not required
- Exceptional business acumen, strategic vision, and the ability to translate client business challenges into effective creative solutions
- Experience managing and mentoring multiple account teams simultaneously
- Outstanding attention to detail coupled with big-picture strategic thinking
- Able to run, facilitate an a client workshop
- Describe yourself as a strong comm’s planner
- Experience working in a client-facing role is advantageous
