MELB Account Manager (Paid & Programmatic) $90k-$120k

This digital agency is now seeking a digital marketing expert with paid media (TikTok, IG) & programmatic experience to manage and implement national campaigns.

The successful Paid & Programmatic Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing media campaigns across digital channels that currently include display, video and could grow to include Audio, DOOH, and BVOD/CTV.

As the key point of contact for paid media, you will support a Marketing Manager and work closely with a global client to ensure end-to-end campaign delivery is rolled out efficiently.

The Opportunity:

  • Support a Melbourne-based Marketing Manager & liaise with a global digital team
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across programmatic channels
  • Lead local campaign delivery from brief to execution, including set-up, budget management, optimisation, reporting, and analysis
  • Activate campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, DV360, Teads, and Amazon DSP
  • Take ownership of campaign performance and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships across Australia, providing regular communication, including channel strategy and performance updates
  • Collaborate effectively with global colleagues while independently managing day-to-day client needs and campaign execution
  • Stay on top of regional market trends, publisher developments, and emerging technology relevant to Australian media buying.

You:

  • Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
  • Minimum 5 years of experience (preferably agency experience) in a digital channel specialty & programmatic media
  • Experience managing full media campaign life-cycles (planning – activation – reporting – optimisation)
  • Good knowledge of digital advertising platforms
  • Experience with Google Ads & analytics is desirable
  • Experience in using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced data and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail is paramount
