We are thrilled to be working with a household name in baby and toddler products! Based in Melbourne’s inner-west, this growing company now seeks a Digital Executive will have 2-3 years experience in paid and performance media, be able to plan, coordinate, and execute the digital marketing and DTC eComm activities.
You are familiar with using Shopify, and are a wordsmith when it comes to writing copy for eDMs. Daily tasks will include coordinating paid media activity, email marketing, website operations, digital reporting, agency management, trade marketing support, and brand activation initiatives to drive customer engagement, online sales, and brand growth.
Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders (agency partners), the successful Digital Executive will ensure digital and eCommerce initiatives are delivered effectively and consistently across all customer touch-points.
The Opportunity:
- Support the Brand Activation Manager in evaluating digital campaign effectiveness
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for external agency partners
- Coordinate campaign briefs, creative requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Support paid media activity across Meta & Google
- Monitor campaign performance including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and other key metrics
- Coordinate asset approvals and ensure campaigns are executed in line with brand and commercial objectives
- Attend agency meetings, document actions, and follow up on deliverables
- Support budget tracking and campaign optimisation discussions
- Manage the email marketing calendar across consumer and trade audiences
- Coordinate the creation, testing, scheduling, and deployment of eDM campaigns
- Maintain audience segmentation and customer databases
- Support the implementation and optimisation of automated email journeys
- Assist with SMS marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reporting insights and recommendations
You:
- Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
- Sponsorship is not available for this role
- Have at least 2-3 years experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a marketing coordinator role
- Experience managing or coordinating paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, or similar platforms
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar systems
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics including ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and email performance metrics
- A strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and administrative capability
- Ability to analyse marketing performance data and prepare reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
