Supporting the GM & Creative Director and working with an enthusiastic, creatively-led team of digital colleagues, your role as the Freelance Content Creator & Producer will be to strategically plan and roll-out national campaigns across a digital platform for fashion & retail clients.
The Opportunity:
- You will have a proven background (min. three years) in production (content creation or social) or agency, and be comfortable concepting social ideas that get online communities fired up — particularly across Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn
- As well as creating content, you’ll be confident writing social captions for the corporate landscape, with a knack for turning complex information or jargon into digestible consumer-friendly copy
- You will be working directly with clients, leading always-on activity from ideation to execution across both consumer and corporate worlds
You:
- Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
- 2-3+ years of social media marketing and/or content creation experience
- Recent agency side experience
- The ability to capture and edit engaging photography and videography suitable for social channels
- Experience developing social media strategy, content and copywriting
- Experience running social media accounts for brand
- The ability to create engaging visual social media assets and a solid understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite
- A passion for creativity and coming up with new content ideas
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong communication skills to confidently share ideas and present work to other team members and clients
- Strong organisational skills to ensure tasks are completed on tight deadlines
- A proactive approach to work and delivering great results for clients
- An enthusiastic attitude to creative challenges and tight deadlines
- Previous experience in an agency or in-house background, or you are an experienced and successful social content creator or influencer in your own right
