Join a Melbourne indie media agency that has a deep commitment to its people, culture & clients. Managing and developing strategic campaigns for retail, tourism, food, banking and lifestyle brands, this Account Director role will be responsible for leading others, plus innovation and strategy.
The Opportunity:
- Lead a portfolio of client accounts and be a trusted strategic partner to your team & clients
- Oversee strategy for your clients, strengthen client relationships and achieve business goals
- Day-to-day campaign management
- Be a thought leader across integrated media channels (on and offline)
- Mentor and manage a small team of three & provide ongoing direction and support
- New business growth (new & organic clients)
- Develop integrated, data-led media solutions
- Ensure briefs are running on time, brief, and on budget
- Provide recommendations to clients
- Develop paid, owned and earned media briefs
- Develop and oversee annual client plans, activity and strategy
- Develop client reports and performance reviews.
You:
- Live in Melbourne
- Have full working rights and do not require sponsorship
- Currently work in a media agency, account service role
- Have at least 5+ account service experience (SAM or newly promoted AD)
- Proven experience meeting client expectations & relationships
- Experience working in a media agency
- Previous experience managing media strategies
