This national agency is rapidly growing and now requires a Client Services Director, with expertise in influencer/content creator management, to take the reins on the APAC region! Leading by example, you’ll mentor and manage a team of enthusiastic account service, digital and creative staff members to drive influencer marketing campaigns & brand partnerships for MAJOR brands!
If you have 8+ years of experience in client services, commercial strategy, or partnerships, ideally in influencer marketing, media, or creative industries, we want you!
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Develop client strategy for commercial APAC clients and key stakeholders
- Lead by example! Foster a culture of support, collaboration and innovation
- Maintain client retention & satisfaction by driving and strengthening relationships
- Collaborate with brands to ensure new market opportunities and growth
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (account service, digital, creative) to develop new products for key content creators
- Drive new and organic business opportunities
- Financial, budget & pricing management (forecasting etc)
- Develop reports and performance metrics.
YOU
- Currently live in Sydney and have full working rights
- Have proven experience (at least 8+ years) working in an account/client service role, either working within the marketing, media or creative industries
- Proven experience hiring, training and growing teams
- Describe yourself as ambitious, motivated, switched-on and calm under pressure
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Well-networked!
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel is preferred.
