We’re looking to recruit a Melbourne-based, Digital Account Manager with expertise in campaigns, client relationship management, optimisation and programmatic. Working directly with a team of digital marketing and supporting the Digital Media Director, this role is a stepping stone to a fantastic career.
As a successful Digital Account Manager, you will work across various retail and health digital projects. This role is perfect for a Digital AM with an interest in paid and performance media.

The Opportunity:
- Support the Digital Media Director & work across various disciplines within the business
- Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies that align with client’s objectives and target audiences
- Plan, implement, and optimise media campaigns across various platforms and channels
- Identify and explore new local and international partnerships to expand our reach and enhance campaign performance
- Collaborate with third-party agencies to manage and optimise SEO/SEM efforts
- Provide regular campaign reports to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and insights
- Conduct client work-in-progress (WIP) meetings to discuss campaign progress, address concerns, and provide recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
- Manage client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project coordination
- Work with a team of paid media specialists to ensure optimal performance for your clients
- Work within a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement
You:
- Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration or communications
- 2-4+ years of digital media or content experience preferred
- Comfortable operating in a nimble, fast-paced, creative environment
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proven experience in digital media management, with a focus on paid media
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as Google Analytics, META, Linkedin and Programmatic Platforms such as DV360
- Demonstrated success in influencer management and leveraging influencers for brand growth
- Excellent client management skills, including the ability to deliver comprehensive reports and conduct productive WIP meetings
- Proficiency in account management, ensuring effective communication and coordination
- Ability to work on ad hoc projects, including new business proposals and media campaigns.
