The Opportunity:
- As the successful Account Director or newly appointed Senior Account Director, you will drive various marketing, promotional & shopper marketing for a national client
- Manage and mentor a team of hard-working juniors (Account Executives) to roll out national campaigns for well-known consumer brands.
- Be up to speed with agency processes
- Manage and forecast budgets, making informed decisions and meeting tight deadlines!
You:
- Live in Melbourne Australia
- Describe yourself as a marketing enthusiast who has an interest in activations
- Has 6-8+ years (recent) experience working within a marketing, promotions or events agency environment
- Excellent leadership skills!
- Working knowledge of marketing disciplines
- Describe yourself as a strategic thinker
- Excellent decision-making & problem-solving skills and prompt responses to changing situations
