The Opportunity:
- Supporting and working closely with the Founder, your key role will be managing a team of (15) integrated staff across a client portfolio of fashion, retail, luxury, beauty and hospitality accounts
- Drive public relations, advertising and social media platforms across the business
- Drive new business development (30%)
- Manage and drive new client and media relationships whilst strengthening existing ones across the (wider) business departments
- Assist the agency and key client accounts (hand on!)
- Work closely with the leadership, content and marketing teams to assist in making key decisions for the agency
- Liaise with key national media daily.
You:
- Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
- Have 10+ years min of experience in the communications (ATL or BTL) industry (agency preferred)
- Have impeccable attention to detail and great written communication skills
- Are an exceptional public relations practitioner with plenty of digital knowledge and experience
- Are highly organised, driven and curious
- Have solid business and leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning is preferred
- Would describe yourself as a well-connected professional who thrives on maintaining and developing relationships
- Have an extensive and relevant media database (national)
- Are highly motivated and can take initiative
- Are eager to build the business in a growing and exciting space!
