If you’re a Melbourne-based social creative (+ have experience making social content) with agency experience – WE WANT YOU!

This independent, social and content agency seeks a creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for crafting consumer content campaigns with lifestyle, retail & fashion clients.

We are looking for a content creator with at least 3+ years of experience who is passionate about creating content that inspires audiences and builds brands. You can turn a trend into a genuine creative thought starter or potentially award-winning idea!

You will live and breathe social media and know about trends before they hit the For You page! You can ideate, shoot and edit content for social media – everything from low-fi iPhone shoots to B-rolls at an event or film shoot.

The Opportunity:

  • Create incredible content for your national clients across socials
  • Support the senior leadership team and collaborate with internal creative & account service teams
  • Planning, scheduling and optimising social media ad units/paid content across digital channels: Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and LinkedIn
  • Implementing and managing multiple campaigns via Facebook Ads Manager/LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Develop pre-campaign strategic plans and schedules detailing audience and expected KPIs: i.e. impressions, reach, engagements, CTR, etc.
  • Post-campaign reporting with recommendations and insights for follow-up activity
  • Developing content strategies for various brands/clients.

You:

  • Live in Melbourne, Australia
  • Ideally have 3+ years of agency experience (digital agency)
  • Describe yourself as a strategic thinker who can deliver content strategies and monthly plans to an agency standard
  • Have high-level knowledge of social channels (predominantly Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn) and regular updates/changes to these platforms/ad unit types/backend management/reporting metrics/industry standards
  • Have excellent presentation skills and can articulate/present well to clients
  • Have a thorough understanding of the creative agency production process from briefing through to execution
