This independent, boutique creative and advertising agency is seeking a digital, strategic thinker with an eye for detail and passion for consumer campaigns. Working closely with the Creative and Managing Director, this opportunity will allow you to work with internal account management, production, creative and media teams.
The Opportunity:
- Support the senior leadership team and collaborate with internal creative & account service teams
- Planning, scheduling and optimising social media ad units/paid content across digital channels: Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Implementing and managing multiple campaigns via Facebook Ads and Manager/LinkedIn Ads Manager
- Develop pre-campaign strategic plans and schedules detailing audience and expected KPIs: i.e. impressions, reach, engagements, CTR, etc.
- Post-campaign reporting with recommendations and insights for follow up activity
- Proposal writing for new SM campaign opportunities
- Writing SM Playbooks
- Developing SM strategies for various brands/clients.
You:
- Live in Melbourne, Australia
- Ideally have 3-4+ years agency experience (digital agency)
- Describe yourself as a strategic thinker and can deliver content strategies and monthly plans to an agency standard
- Have high-level knowledge of social channels (predominantly Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn) and regular updates/changes to these platforms/ad unit types/backend management/reporting metrics/industry standards
- Have excellent presentation skills and can articulate/present well to clients
- Have a thorough understanding of the creative agency production process from briefing through to execution
