Are you an enthusiastic, coordinator-level events Talent, based in Sydney looking to learn and work across the BEST campaigns in Sydney? WE WANT YOU!
This Coordinator level role would suit an enthusiastic events talent, with at least 1-2 years in events/experiential, shopper OR promo marketing. You’re creative at heart, can work well with a team and have excellent project management skills.
The Opportunity:
- Support the National Head of Event Production
- Assist in delivering a variety of event production solutions for Australian brands within the sport, food, beverage, lifestyle & FMCG sectors
- Develop client content for socials; IG reels + TikTok
- Assist in working with internal and external partners to deliver outstanding VIP events and small-to-large-scale campaigns
- Assist in delivering events across a portfolio of brands
- Assist in delivering end-to-end project management (bespoke builds, live activations)
- Assist in delivering high-end event management and production (including pop-up events)
- Client relationship management (essential)
- Supplier liaison
- Learn and plan budget management and supplier negotiation.
You:
- Live in Sydney!
- Have full working rights
- Describe yourself as calm, cool and collected
- Can support and work closely with the senior management team and liaise with senior level/C-Suite decision-makers professionally at all times
- Have 1-2+ years of industry experience in a similar role (agency experience is desirable)
- Have exceptional communication skills (essential)
- Excel in project management
- Knowledge of experiential, events, shopper and/or multichannel marketing is desirable
- Outstanding multi-tasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail (can you spot mistakes in the job advert?!)
