This medium-sized, independent and fully intergraded agency is looking for a leader who will help focus, inspire and drive effective strategy to ensure continued growth of their clients.
Working across the entire business, this role will see you owning the strategic planning for a broad range brands and championing quality briefs to inspire the client and the agency. This is an extremely exciting and influential role, with the potential to lead thinking and grow broader capability.
- Own the brief and strategy for the client and agency: work alongside the Account Lead to define problems and translate them into a consumer reach and content strategy to build clients’ business
- Champion a deep understanding on consumer behaviour: project the consumer’s mindset by understanding how an audience is likely to interpret and react to ideas and initiatives in across all channels. Use of data in a compelling way is critical
- Presentation and pitching: drive support and new business development as well as ensuring internal agency stakeholders are clear in their search for great ideas and work. Maintain the pragmatic side of what shifts the dial in a client business
- Continually build team and client engagement: outstanding leadership and advocation for a great culture ensuring communication is clear, professional and consistent
- 8+ years experience (client side Strategic Insights and Innovation or on agency side in Strategic Planning)
- An excellent presenter, expertise in pitching, great at keeping it simple and cutting through with the right message for the right audience
- An articulate strategic thinker at the forefront of marketing in the digital age
- An encouraging and positive leader who enjoys mentoring a team
