A rapidly expanding full-service agency now seeks x3 superstar integrated talents with client-facing experience to lead various national (high-volume) pieces of financial, retail & education business.

Located in Melbourne’s inner city inner-city fringe, this collaborative and close-knit team is goal-driven, strategic, supportive and welcoming!

Working closely with the Group Account Director and Client Partner, the Senior Account Executive, Account Director & Senior Account Director roles will lead several newly acquired (and existing) accounts across the agency and assist in managing and mentoring several junior staff members.

The Opportunity:

  • Management of project budgets, utilising budget trackers and completing reconciliations when necessary
  • Management and optimisation of programs of work and/or platforms
  • Work in conjunction with the GAD across growing new & existing clients accounts and identifying new business opportunities
  • Assist in managing junior staff members and acting as a mentor
  • Proactively manage the relationship between the agency and external suppliers
  • Management of owner communication activity from initial client brief to completion
  • Development and ownership of creative, task and production briefs, timelines and estimates
  • Leveraging insights, write creative briefs and strategy decks in collaboration with GAD

You:

  • Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
  • Integrated background with a skew towards digital, data and CRM
  • Creative agency background with an appreciation for the creative process
  • Ability to write briefs and judge creative work
  • Broad knowledge of paid media and ability to work with media partners
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring junior staff is required
  • Enduring passion for ideas, be they business, marketing or communication focused
  • A disciplined, efficient approach to problem solving that’s both rigorously analytical and intuitive
  • Proven account management experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Client-centric
  • Well-networked within the Australian communications sphere
  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
  • Experience with social media strategy, event management and media relations is ideal
  • Most importantly, someone who has a “can do” attitude!
