The successful Social & Community Manager will have the opportunity to work across one of the world’s BIGGEST crypto brands, working directly with the client, working directly to build a presence in the Australian market!
The Opportunity:
- Work closely with and support the Melbourne GM
- Develop, plan and deliver social media, content and community management for a global brand
- Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Plan and deliver digital strategy
- Manage and deliver national social media campaigns
- Make recommendations to the client based on data and performance
- Provide regular reports and analytics across relevant (paid) platforms
- Work closely with influencers to build and promote the brand.
You:
- Currently live in Melbourne and have full working rights
- 5+ years’ experience in a creatively led, advertising or digital agency role
- Excellent written/copywriting and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage several projects at once!
- Exceptional attention to detail and are process driven
- Are fully entrenched in social media culture and understand the fine line of managing a professional, but effective social media presence!
- Understanding of how communication impacts a consumer’s perception of a brand
- A communications, creative writing or marketing/advertising degree is desirable
- Have a passion for and understanding of social media, including the channels commonly used by Australian consumers (both existing and emerging – Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube etc.)
