Our client is a highly successful communications agency that has key services comprising experiential, events, point of sale and shopper marketing. They are known for their collaboration with their clients, inspiring and achieving mutually beneficial goals for them.

Due to exciting client growth, our client is looking to expand their close-knit team in Melbourne. Supporting the Client Service Director, you will join an existing boutique-sized team and be the key client contact for the end-to-end production of sampling and experiential events, POS production and promotions.

The Opportunity:

  • As the successful Account Director or newly appointed Senior Account Director, you will drive various marketing, promotional & shopper marketing for a national client
  • Manage and mentor a team of hard-working juniors (Account Executives) to roll out national campaigns for well-known consumer brands.
  • Be up to speed with agency processes
  • Manage and forecast budgets, making informed decisions and meeting tight deadlines!
  • Managing all POS responsibilities and Promotional campaigns (end-to-end)
  • Day to Day client contact
  • Managing sampling and experiential events, bump in & bump out
  • Tracking and reconciling budgets for clients
  • Booking creative jobs into studio

You:

 

  • Live in Melbourne!
  • 4-6 years experience within a marketing, experiential marketing, events or shopper marketing ideal (agency environment preferred)
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
  • Previous experience working in a client-facing role with great presentation and writing skills
  • Previous experience working across FMCG accounts ideal
  • A passion to grow the accounts you work on
  • Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding time management
  • Fantastic time management skills
