This multimillion dollar, global arts and entertainment organisation that’s regularly listed in AFR as one of our country’s BIGGEST success stories now seeks internal Marketing Manager to work across B2B marketing, high-level marketing solutions, website management, social media, SEO/ SEM and brand management.

You describe yourself as someone who’s organised, has a high level of initiative and integrity and who can keep up with the pace of an incredibly busy digital events calendar!

This rare opportunity will allow you to gain great knowledge within the entertainment industry, liaising with highly regarded stakeholders and well-known individuals.

The Opportunity:

  • Manage & ramp up the social, content and digital strategy for various national events via digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Video etc)
  • Compile and schedule social copy across various channels/platforms
  • Develop and roll out high level B2B marketing solutions
  • Website management & updates
  • Share insights, recommend ideas and present reports to your team
  • Project manage your client digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop strategic marketing campaigns
  • Develop marketing solutions that produce results at all stages of your clients marketing cycle and project stage
  • Work closely with the internal production team to optimise campaigns and provide analysis to clients.


  • Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
  • Proven digital/social media (agency) experience is ideal
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in digital marketing, social media or digital strategy
  • 5-7+ years experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Brand management experience is ideal!
  • Previous B2B marketing experience is desirable!
  • Trustworthy and able to build sustainable client relationships
  • Confident communicator and presenter
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Local marketing experience required
