This leading performance marketing agency seeks a spirited digital Senior Account Manager with 5+ years of experience to drive client revenue and lead strategic campaigns across property, education & NF4 client industries, whilst inspiring the team!
The Opportunity:
- Support the General Manager and work within the wider digital meeting (property) team
- Work with a team of enthusiastic account managers across lead generation, automation, SEO & organic content for clients
- Lead digital marketing campaign development
- Lead content and community management
- Lead and develop creative concepts for campaigns
- Manage a portfolio of projects and ensure efficient workflow within the studio
- Be a key resource within our growing team
- Develop strategic marketing campaigns that generate ROI for our customers
- Work closely with internal digital producers to deliver projects on time and budget
- Engage and collaborate with client stakeholders (up to and including director level)
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships
- Consistently achieve revenue management targets
- Drive business development strategy and processes
- Identify opportunities to upsell and expand current clients’ services
- Collaborate with the team on our new products and projects
You:
- Live in Melbourne
- Have at least 5 years (agency) digital marketing experience
- Currently work in a Senior Account Manager or newly appointed Account Director role
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering property sales and marketing campaigns (with a strong focus on digital strategy)
- Experience managing large budgets ($1million+)
- Significant experience in developing multi-channel customer acquisition and retention plans
- A minimum of four years of account management experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, digital marketing or digital advertising are a bonus!
