We’re working with a market-leading, fast-growing energy organisation. Supporting an incredibly busy General Manager, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive, build and execute the company’s marketing strategy, take ownership of new initiatives and elevate the overlay brand as this company scales nationally.

Teaming with talented and highly motivated individuals in a fun and rewarding environment, you’ll be working with advanced technology and practices that are being applied nationally.

The Opportunity:

  • Build, define and roll out a digital marketing strategy
  • Create an online conversion funnel
  • Update the website, blog and online resource content
  • Produce and deliver social media content
  • Monitor and manage all social media platforms
  • Produce and deliver eDM content to key stakeholders
  • Monitor media metrics, insights & strategic digital media planning, as well as reporting
  • Generate leads with a focus on digital channels
  • Implement both paid and organic strategies in line with marketing objectives
  • Implement SEO strategies to optimise this client’s web presence
  • Stay on top of current trends in social media and leading platform evolutions and opportunities
  • Collaborate on and be a driver in developing the company’s overall strategy
  • Hire new heads in line with marketing strategic objectives



  • Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
  • Previous experience in digital marketing (at least 8 years)
  • Have a strong knowledge of social media platforms i.e. Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • Be proficient with marketing analytics and eDM tools
  • Be a data-driven, analytical person who can take charge of a campaign and its objectives to improve results
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Have a genuine desire to see your team and product succeed
  • Enjoy working with cross-functional teams and be willing to collaborate internally and externally
