A vibrant and creatively led Indie agency now seeks an Account Manager with FMCG, retail or packaging experience to join their expanding (national) team!

If you’re an experienced advertising, brand or design professional looking to develop genuine connections between brands and consumers in a creative, strategic agency – this could be the opportunity for you!

The Opportunity:

  • Support the Group Account Director
  • Client and stakeholder liaison
  • Manage a portfolio of clients (day-to-day operational activity, retention, grow existing accounts)
  • Contribute to new business strategies and new business development
  • Collaborate closely with the national team to execute creative business strategy and manage client expectations/budgets
  • Financial management (overseeing detailed budgets, and client invoices)
  • Contribute to business pitches and presentations for key national FMCG, retail & packaging clients.

You:

  • Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
  • Have at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role (agency experience preferable) with an advertising, design or creative agency
  • Previous experience working across FMCG, retail or packaging clients is preferred
  • Strong advertising, brand or creative industry knowledge is ideal for this job opportunity
  • Collaborative, engaging, proactive and hard-working attitude!

  • Ability to generate creative ideas and execute a winning business strategy
  • Build and foster strong client and stakeholder relationships
