This national marketing agency now seeks two enthusiastic mid-weight level marketing Talents with at least 2-3 years marketing experience (activations, shopper or experiential is ideal!) to work across global beverage, confectionery & retail brands.

The Opportunity:

  • Support the Group Account Director
  • Assist in delivering ATL marketing campaigns for various consumer clients
  • Assist in overseeing the development, execution and evaluation of various national projects
  • Manage, mentor and lead a team of two junior staff members
  • Be the “go to” point of contact for key stakeholder inquiries

You:

  • Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
  • Have at least 2-3 years marketing (agency) experience
  • Previous marketing experience leading shopper/activations or experiential campaigns is required
  • Knowledge of integrated BTL and ATL campaigns is required
  • A thorough and up-to-date understanding of consumer marketing campaigns is desirable
  • Demonstrable understanding of experiential (live and digital), PR, media, social, events within a broader business context
  • Understand new and emerging trends across the Australian marketing landscape
  • Production knowledge/experience preferred to facilitate proposal development, briefing with production team and suppliers
  • Previous financial management skills including forecasting, reporting and reconciling is ideal
  • Previous experience managing junior staff members is required
  • Previous project/campaign management experience (small to medium-size events)
  • Able to write clear, concise and persuasive project documentations – reports, creative briefs, specifications, contact reports, reviews, proposal and letters – to a range of audiences including staff, clients and suppliers
