- Client management (building and developing long-term business relationships)
- New business development (pitching, creating proposals and representing the agency in meetings)
- Project management
- Manage key deliverables for social media and content campaigns across Digital/Performance, Social, Content and Creative
- Manage a team of 2-3 people
- Community management
- Research and reporting
- Work closely with the digital, content and creative teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, as a Digital Account Manager with an agency background
- Experience with clients in the lifestyle, property and hospitality sectors
- Excellent knowledge of Google Adwords
- Previous experience with web applications and software such as WordPress and Photoshop
