Delivery Lead (Creative Agency)

  • x4 days per week 

Working closely with the Creative (and offshore UX/UI) team, this is a critical role within an award-winning creative brand agency. On a daily basis, you will work collaboratively with the broader creative team on the day-to-day implementation of communication programs for your global clients.

The Opportunity:

  • Support the Creative Director(s) and senior design members
  • Solid end-to-end project management (plans, templates, status reports, etc.) experience is mandatory
  • Digital marketing and strategy (development) responsibilities
  • Project management, forecasting and reporting
  • Client and stakeholder liaison
  • Collaborate with external development parties and internal creative teams to improve the quality of projects
  • Maintain digital production processes ensuring a consistent approach across the team
  • Actively seek up-to-date news on the latest technologies and advancements
  • Liaise with all team members, clients and stakeholders to define project plans
  • Ensure that all projects are of the best quality, to budget and delivered on time


  • Ideally, you have 8+ years of experience in a digital agency work environment
  • You’re a great team player with fantastic communication skills and a professional manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Skills in scoping, estimating and time-lining (digital agency preference)
  • Excellent time management, project management and great organisational skills
  • Relevant tertiary degree required (marketing ideal)
  • Team leadership and management experience required
  • Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Highly proficient in project management and documentation
  • Excellent networker with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Passion for digital marketing with strong knowledge in social media, emerging technologies, e-Commerce projects, hosting/video hosting, testing/QA best practice, etc.
  • Experience with budget management and reporting
  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
