A full service studio full of thinkers, doers and creators are now seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their independent company and lead several existing clients that are leaders across the Australian property & development landscape.
Located in Melbourne’s trendy inner North suburbs (close to public transport) this creative agency offers a range of services, primarily across the property, interior design, retail, financial services and government sectors.
Culturally, the successful Senior Account Manager will be proactive, efficient, a skilled multi-tasker and nurture their stakeholder relationships. You’re collaborative, insightful and respectful to your colleagues. You have a positive attitude and are a problem solver.
You’re a curious learner and comfortable learning new things at a reasonably fast pace.
Nurture the relationship between the client & the internal agency teams
Key stakeholder relationship management (internal & external)
Listen, learn, ask, report back
Develop and implement new client strategies
Be process & detail orientated
Manage monthly financial estimates purchase orders & client invoices
Execute campaigns across various mediums; web, print, brand, digital marketing
At least 4-5 years experience working within a brand or creative agency environment
Ideally has previously worked across a property, apartment or developer client mix
Strong negotiation experience
Previously pitched to to senior stakeholders
An understanding of brand and digital campaign work
