An international full service digital agency are growing and they are looking for a Mid Weight to Senior Experience Designer to support their team.

Duties will include:
Demonstrate ability to conduct competitive benchmarking and research, customer experience and journey mapping, sketching, detailed design and interactive prototypes.
Previous experience working creating products and or services that transcend digital physical environments.
Research, case studies that show how digital helps support physical experiences.
A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role working in an agency environment.
Has experience working with an embedded team (client side) in an agile work environment with a visual design counterpart.
Is comfortable sketching ideas but also creating high fidelity prototypes using tools such as sketch and Invision.
Has experience designing digital tools (web and app).
Confident presenter / communicator, organised and has a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
Can plan, design and facilitate requirements gathering workshops.
