An agency specialising in all things social and digital are now seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to accelerate ongoing growth and development!
Ensure timely coordination and implementation of internet programs as per brand/talent strategy, including monthly themes, promotional updates, daily checks, loyalty program, promotions to drive traffic, monthly report analysis
Coordinate the weekly EDM program including briefing, creative feedback, and testing
Manage the execution of brand benefits/talent database program
Assist Head of Strategy in social media paid advertising promotional activity
Assist the Head of Strategy in reporting of paid adverting and organic social media activity
Assist in coordination of campaign photo shoots and social collaborations being activated
Assist in the coordination of briefs, art direction, booking of talent and crew, outfit selections & image selects for photo shoots and brand collaborations both on and offline
Manage all local marketing initiatives and ensure that the brands/talent are represented throughout all the available local marketing channels
Assist in creation of all presentations required from marketing, members benefit pitch to board meetings etc.
Talent/Brand support for VIP benefits program and general customer marketing queries.
Track and file all marketing invoices and ensure they are aligned with the quotes and allocated to the correct JI Business
2 years in a Marketing Assistant or Coordinator role – in a digital agency preferred
A degree in Marketing
