An exciting opportunity is now available with a Melbourne based creative design agency that prides itself upon delivering strategic insights and influencing key stakeholders.
Reporting into the Client Services Director, the Account Manager role is responsible for building strong working relationships (organic & new) with existing clients within the residential property sector.
Key responsibilities will primarily include liaising with and influencing key stakeholders, managing and delivering projects on key agency clients and providing guidance and mentorship to interns.
Additional duties will include:
Support the Client Services Director
Demonstrate dynamic leadership, management and team building skills
Act upon all opportunities to grow the existing client base and maximise agency revenue
Formulate and make recommendations on long-range strategy plans & problems across your clients
Ensure that the strategic and creative recommendations presented by the agency are of the highest standard across your projects
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s brand offering along with competitor and category insights
Provide your agency peers with the clients perspective and business insights
Manage the financial status of the accounts- monthly revenue and forecasting
Provide leadership and guidance on the day to day financial management of projects with the account service team
Write effective and engaging creative briefs
Lead by example!
Minimum 2-3 years experience (agency background preferred or within an in-house marketing or advertising role)
Property experience is desirable for this Account Manager position
